Objectives
These one-day workshops are designed as a ‘first step’ in gaining the knowledge required to build LearningGuide workplace performance support systems. At the end of the workshop participants will: be able to use the basic features of LearningGuide Manager; understand the concepts of performance support systems; be aware of the essential steps and methods involved in building effective performance support systems.

Delegates will receive a 30-day LearningGuide Manager license, in order to practice skills learnt, experiment with different development techniques, create performance support system components and evaluate LearningGuide Manager as a development environment.

Audience
The workshop is intended for potential and existing workplace performance support systems’ developers, including: content developers, designers, instructional architects, project managers, trainers and learning professionals, support professionals, IT professionals, change consultants and other management professionals and anyone involved in the creation, implementation and management of performance support systems. There are no pre-requisites, other than an understanding of how to use PC-desktop applications.

Standard fee: £295 plus VAT per person.  
Early booking fee: £147 plus VAT per person (book/confirm/pay 7+ days in advance).
